Charnaud Macro is a property syndication business where Macro partners Charnaud in its operation of four property syndicates; the Marketforce Syndicate, the Malaga Market Trust, Port Hedland Shopping Centre Syndicate and the Officework Bunbury Syndicate. Charnaud Macro continues to actively pursue other properties for syndication.

Charnaud is a company owned by Ben Charnaud, a well known property consultant in Perth. Following working at the Armstrong Jones group for a number of years as a property asset manager, Ben with a partner set up a property consultancy and property syndication business in 1997. Ben was also an original director and shareholder in Acumen Capital Limited, which is now wholly owned by Multiplex.
